Students must have access to the Internet and must use Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator as their browser. Microsoft Office Suite software package is required and specific plug-ins may be required to view posted material in some courses.
Geographic Restrictions: 
(1) International students will pay tuition and fees "in full" for each course in advance. (2) All international students must submit a copy of their transcripts and a course-by-course evaluation. (3) Must be able to accept delivery of books via UPS.
On-Campus Requirement: 
There are no on-campus requirements.
Loans Offered: 
For those who qualify and are interested in the Stafford Loan-a FAFSA can be completed electronically.
