MSU welcomes applications from students who wish to transfer from other regionally accredited institutions of higher learning. Students must complete at least 30 hrs of coursework through MSU for a BS degree and 18 hrs for an AS degree.

The WebCT platform is used to deliver classes. The timing is both synchronous and asynchronous.
